The Survival Guide Cohort: A Sanctuary of Resilience, Refinement & Renewal for Black Women
If you’re exhausted from code‑switching through meetings…
If you’re tired of comments about your hair, tone, or “attitude”…
If you’re done being overlooked or talked over in rooms you’ve earned your way into…
You’re not imagining it—and you’re not carrying it alone.
There is a circle of Black women waiting for you—professionals just like you—ready to release burnout, isolation, and racial stress in exchange for peace, grounding, and genuine community. I built this cohort because Black women deserve a space where we don’t have to translate ourselves, shrink ourselves, or protect other people’s comfort.

COHORT, NOT COURSE
The Survival Guide Cohort is a 12‑session, community‑centered experience. You’ll learn how to move through white-dominated spaces without shrinking, overworking, or second-guessing yourself—and without carrying the emotional cost home with you.
This is a restorative circle—a cohort of Black women moving through healing together, with intimate coaching, shared wisdom, and a community that understands your lived reality.
You’ll reconnect with yourself, reclaim your agency, and build sustainable practices that support your emotional wellness—all within a sisterhood that sees you fully.
